Family Fun Nights

Enjoy an evening with family, friends, neighbors, and BVMS staff once a month during Silverhawks Family Fun Night and BVMS gets up to 20% of the proceeds! Whether you crave to eat-in or take-out just present the flyer that will be passed out to students in advance, to the cashier and the restaurant will donate up to 20% of your transaction to Bella Vista M.S.! Take a break from the kitchen, have a good time, enjoy a great meal with wonderful company, and support BVMS!

About PTSA

The BVMS PTSA is an organization dedicated to the educational development and success of all students as well as to the continued improvement of our school environment. The PTSA promotes a close working relationship between parents, guardians, teachers and students that is essential to the education and quality of life for our children.

Membership

Joining the PTSA gives you a voice in how we meet those goals. When you join our PTSA, you automatically become a contributing member in activities that directly support students at Bella Vista Middle School. These activities include:

    Educational programs for students and adults
    Book Fairs (We provide new books for the library)
    Red Ribbon Week (Drug Prevention Program)
    Reflections (Artistic Program)

All parents, guardians, teachers and students are strongly encouraged to join PTSA. Aunts, uncles, grandparents, brothers, and sisters, can all make a difference in our children’s lives with their membership. Annual PTSA membership dues are $7 per person.

Volunteers

Joining PTSA does not mean that you will be asked to attend meetings and functions, or be required to participate in committees. It does mean you have joined an organization committed to supporting our children. You will be informed as to when our Bella Vista PTSA Association Meetings are, through the monthly online school newsletter. We encourage parents to attend these meetings and to get involved.

People interested in board postions, chaperoning events, or helping out in other capacities are encouraged to fill out a volunteer form and return it to the front office.

Fundraisers

The PTSA holds 2 fundraisers per year. Money earned from these fundraisers pays for educational assemblies, Red Ribbon Week and other events for our students.

Student Store

The PTSA Student store is open every Friday during lunch, for students to purchase school supplies and snacks.
